We hardly ever stop and truly think about the real deep causes of stress and anxiety in our lives.

Most people realize that things like drinking too much or smoking or the use of drugs can and will age you really fast. But there are other hidden dangers that physically age you even faster if left untreated.

One of them is likely the single most common stressor in modern history. It’s the worry over money. New research shows that it can physically and internally age you 8 years faster if left untreated.
