Hey Cynthia, Loetta and Michele,

Thanks so much for sharing all of your experiences. I'm always so inspired to hear others who are really rockin' it when it comes to taking care of themselves. You are all beacons of radiant health and every time we share these simply but powerful habits, we not only remind ourselves but remind others that feeling great is not reserved for the privileged few but is everyones' natural state of being. You three are very bright lights and the world is truly a better place with you all in it!!!!

Peace and innergy,

Cynthia, Michele and Loetta... thank you so much for stopping by and posting your thoughts on this topic. I am so very excited to have Jeff and Jason as a part of our 2010 guest blogger program because I truly believe in the difference they are making in the lives of so many.

They touch people and inspire us all to live a better, healthier life.
Next Sunday they will be on my radio show right here, so don't forget to mark your calendars and check back. If you miss the live show, you can listen to the podcast right on the home page. Or, download it from Itunes.

Here's to us all getting a great nights sleep!
Warm regards,
Steven

After years of being stressed and not being able to sleep at night and seeing the effects on my body and life-gaining weight, tired face and inability to focus-I did what it took to get a good nights sleep-which was mainly take baths to relax my body and get in bed early so that I had enough time to fall asleep and get a good nights rest-I am happy to say I get a good 7-8 hours a nite (and can go to 9 hours on the weekends!) and it has done wonders for my energy levels and the challenges I am dealing with today. What a great article and reminder to give myself a good nights sleep

Hi you wonderful men - I have been going to sleep early for years and since I dog walk almost everyday, I need my energy. I hardly ever stay up past 10 PM and at the age of 67 feel and look great. I fall asleep in minutes and get up refreshed and ready to start my day. My cat is also very happy to see me awake at 6 AM to feed and play with her. This is important information to get out to a stressed nation. Thanks for sharing this great stuff - you guys rock!!
Hey Baietto Brothers! Fabulous suggestion- I was told to "Go to bed on time!" several years ago by my Chiropractor, who suggested "BY 9:30pm" to catch some cycle of natural cellular repair that begins at 10pm. She told me "You know how you get tired around 9 and then get a second wind and end up staying up past midnight or 1? The body will either use the energy of that cycle to repair, or keep you awake a few more hours- you get to chose!" Well, I decided to try it for a week, and quickly adopted "Bedtime" as part on my habitual routine for healthy Self-care. Can I even tell you the difference it has made!?! I immediately had more energy each day for Everything in my life, which made it not at all hard to let go of those three "extra" hours I thought I'd be missing. I became more focus and more relaxed, able to get things done way more efficiently than I ever had been able to do as a "Night Owl". After a few months of feeling Radiantly Healthy, I began to notice that I was starting to grow younger-looking. The line between my eyebrows disappeared first, then the wrinkles around my eyes, etc. Then, my gray hairs disappeared entirely and I was completely dark-haired again! I look better at 44yrs than I did at 30! This "anti-aging" treatment was completely free, all-natural and easy to apply- I just get into bed every night at 9pm, read until my eyes get sleepy (usually 1/2hr-45mins.), and turn out the light! How easy is that!?! Seriously, great work you guys are doing getting this out there! Much Love and Blessings,
