I recently asked Deepak Chopra a very interesting question. His answer hit home with me on a very profound level. I asked him a question that I myself have been searching an answer for over the course of many years.

We all live a very busy life. Some have children running around, some have several jobs to contend with and others have parents that are getting older and are needing care or maybe siblings who need our guidance. Then there is the technological gadgets that we strap to ourselves, like our cell phones for example that never seems to stop ringing buzzing and needing our constant attention. All while trying to maintain the relationships in our lives, which themselves can seem like a full time job at times.
